For years, I trusted this dealership with my 2015 Honda Civic and paid dealership prices because I believed I was receiving expert service. Unfortunately, my recent experience has seriously damaged that trust.
In 2024, I followed the dealership’s recommended maintenance schedule and had a transmission fluid service performed. Shortly after that service, I began noticing transmission slipping and hesitation that had never been present before.

Marco, Jason, Zach and crew were all relatable, professional, and helpful getting me to drive away with my brand new Civic Hybrid. Couldn’t be happier!
Marco was so helpful and patient with us tonight. My very first lease and he walked me though everything I needed to know and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase with no pressure.
Went in with no expectations. I was hesitant at first. Then the warranty came up. The numbers were good. They got straight to the point. They weren’t asking me personal questions. I had to leave soon and they sped up the process so I can leave asap. They were respectful and I left satisfied with my purchase.

Working with Katie was fantastic. She is there to sell cars, but there was none of the old school pushing. The other folks also did not push. When we said no to something, like add-ons, they didn’t push. Our experience with Ron Tonkin Honda was much better than expected. We did our homework prior to arriving, which I would recommend regardless where you shop.

I had a very negative experience with Kyler. He was rude and condescending regarding an issue with a preowned car that had just over 13,000 miles on it, that would not start. I had my car for approximately a month. The battery was dead after a month. When I talked to him about getting reimbursed for the battery he responded not the dealerships problem. I recently bought my first brand new car in like 20 years and Katie Temple did an amazing job guiding me through the process with grace and zero pressure. Communication was punctual and proactive. In addition, Kai in finance was a pleasure to deal with, which is not historically my experience with finance departments. We had an easy & pleasant experience from start to finish. Immediately followifn our text to the dealership inquiring about a particular vehicle, Richard- our sales person- show us professionalism. Recently went through the car buying experience for the first time and I was deciding between two cars: a CRV & RAV4. I must say that the expierence with the Honda team was one that I preferred.
