I was working with two other local(ish) Honda dealers to get a good deal on a specific trim level and color combo of the CRV Hybrid. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the emails and phone calls and proposals and options. It was exhausting chaos. My husband said I should reach out to a third dealership so I picked up the phone and called Ron Tonkin. Marco picked up the phone and the rest was history! Within 24 hours, I was driving home in my new car. I had asked Marco for an out the door price on the vehicle I wanted. Very shortly after, I had it in my inbox and it was a great proposal that beat another dealer's proposal. The whole process was so EASY! Marco pulled the car for me and set up an appt for 1pm the next day. In the meantime, he sent me a couple things and asked me for a few things before the appt to get the ball rolling. The internet doesn't know me, but what you should know is that I absolutely love efficiency. And Marco was being super efficient. Anyways, I got to my appt and Marco took me out on the test drive I didn't really need but appreciated. He also spent time to help me with settings and getting my phone connected. Once we got back to the dealer, we went through some of the normal back and forth that was pretty painless and not too time-consuming. I was then handed off to Jeremy, a finance manager, who was also awesome. Then Marco took over and made sure my car was ready to go. The entire process took only 3 hours. Everyone at Ron Tonkin was genuinely nice, but I really have to highlight Marco, Jeremy, and (I think) the sales manager David. I didn't feel pressured at any point. I didn't feel like I was the target of slimy sales tactics. I felt like they honored what I wanted, didn't waste my time, and made sure I left a happy customer. To be honest, my experiences with several Honda dealers in the area were all quite positive, but Ron Tonkin really knocked it out of the park. Do you need a new/used Honda? Go see Marco. I promise you'll be happy you did!

Working with Katie was fantastic. She is there to sell cars, but there was none of the old school pushing. The other folks also did not push. When we said no to something, like add-ons, they didn’t push. Our experience with Ron Tonkin Honda was much better than expected. We did our homework prior to arriving, which I would recommend regardless where you shop.

The dealership was easy to get a hold of, and was informative when I asked questions about the vehicle and they told me things that I hadn’t thought to think of. Very easy to work with. Didn’t feel pressured when discussing finances like I have at other dealerships.

I had a very negative experience with Kyler. He was rude and condescending regarding an issue with a preowned car that had just over 13,000 miles on it, that would not start. I had my car for approximately a month. The battery was dead after a month. When I talked to him about getting reimbursed for the battery he responded not the dealerships problem. He did not attempt to be understanding or helpful. Had he said "oh that's to bad" or "I understand you are feeling frustrated" it would have made me feel respected, heard and like what I was saying was important. I dealt with several of the management people after that who did reimburse for the battery. This is my second Honda. I could not recommend buying a car from him.

Everyone that helped me were super friendly, easy to work with, and made the whole process easy. Katie gave a very welcoming vibe to getting things started, taking the car for a test drive, and just overall, I was happy when I left.
